A prestigious luxury hotel in Ashdod is seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge to join our team. As the face of our hotel, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires a friendly and approachable personality, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for local restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in using computer systems and booking software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
