We are seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various factory machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Operate factory machinery including but not limited to conveyor belts, pumps, mixers, and packaging machines
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience operating factory machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
