Contract Civil Engineer - Khanpur

We are hiring a contract Civil Engineer to join our team in Khanpur. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and water systems. You will work closely with architects, construction workers and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and preparing construction plans for various projects
- Overseeing construction progress and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborating with other professionals to determine project needs and requirements
- Conducting site surveys to gather information for project planning
- Evaluating potential risks and proposing solutions to ensure project success
- Estimating project costs and creating budgets
- Managing contractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the project
- Ensuring quality control of materials and workmanship
- Providing progress reports to management throughout the duration of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering or construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other engineering software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary for this position is $1600 per month without accommodation. This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
