As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of the team, while also fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with upper management to report progress, address any issues or concerns, and present solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination on projects
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies for growth and development
- Assist with training new team members and overseeing their onboarding process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. This includes standard benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Location:
This position is located in the US. The selected candidate must have authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
