Handyman - Urgent Contract Position in Ajman for Kenyan Nationals


We are urgently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman on a contract basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for Kenyan nationals looking to gain experience and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs as needed
- Installing fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Maintaining heating and cooling systems
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas
- Responding to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan national with valid work visa sponsorship
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
