IT Support Specialist


We are a fast-growing technology company based in Ashdod, seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests from employees in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Setup new computers and install necessary software
- Maintain and update network systems (firewalls, routers, switches)
- Perform backups and data recovery as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure all systems are up to date with necessary security patches and updates
- Provide training to employees on new technology or software as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Server is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
