Contract Construction Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Lisbon. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes creating and managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress and budget, and ensuring all work is completed according to specifications and regulations.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

This is a demanding position that requires someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and can work well under pressure. In addition, the ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Previous experience working as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects is preferred. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also necessary.
