Part-Time Surveyor (La-Condamine, Monaco)



We are currently seeking a part-time Surveyor to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine boundaries, topographical features, and other important information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as total stations, GPS equipment, and traditional measuring instruments
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate survey results
- Perform research on properties to determine historical data and legal boundaries
- Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Valid surveying license/certification
- Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of local mapping systems and land use laws
- Must be available for part-time work schedule
