Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements. You will also be required to prepare detailed drawings and specifications, oversee the construction process, and ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time.

To excel in this position, you must have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience working as an architect in the industrial sector. You should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience using design software such as AutoCAD. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members.

This is a contract position that offers a salary of $1500 per month. As this is an urgent project, we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian architects looking for international experience. English proficiency is not required for this role.
