We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. Our bakery specializes in Malayalee cuisine, so we are specifically looking for a Malayalee baker who is familiar with traditional recipes and techniques. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Malayalee breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure high-quality products
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal baking results
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with knowledge of traditional Malayalee cuisine and baking techniques
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid biometric passport for travel to Liechtenstein
