Office Assistant (Malayalee/Nepali) in Ajman
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee or Nepali, with a salary of 1500$ per month. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam or Nepali language is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
