Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of project development
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective architectural designs that meet their needs
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial design concept to construction completion
- Ensure that all projects adhere to budget constraints and are completed within the given timeframe
- Review and approve construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other similar software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
