Architecture Manager



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Acre. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Lead a team of architects by providing guidance, support and fostering their professional growth
- Review project drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
