Experienced Painter

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces in private and commercial properties. This position requires someone with extensive knowledge of different painting techniques, color mixing, and surface preparation. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the painting industry, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to protect them during painting
- Use tape and other materials to create decorative patterns
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to mix colors and match paint samples
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent
