Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Las Vegas. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your role will involve managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architecture projects including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction
- Lead project teams consisting of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop project plans and timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with building codes
- Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify any potential issues or risks
- Provide technical guidance to project team members as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Experience in managing complex projects from concept to completion
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

Salary: $1200 per month
