Junior Data Analyst



As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our company's success by helping to analyze and interpret large sets of data. Your main responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely insights that will drive decision-making across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources using various tools and techniques
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
- Develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to present analysis results and provide recommendations for action

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with data analysis or business intelligence tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical manner
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets (100k+ records)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with database systems (Oracle, MySQL)
- Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing

Salary: $1700/month
