Head Pastry Chef

As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department of our high-end restaurant located in Lusail, Qatar. Your main duties will include creating and designing new pastries, managing inventory and ordering supplies, overseeing the production process, and training and supervising junior pastry chefs. We are seeking a creative and experienced individual with a passion for pastry making and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills. Previous experience in a similar role is required, along with a degree or certificate in culinary arts or pastry making.
