We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Salalah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any complaints or issues promptly
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and promotions to attract customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and procedures
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create schedules that meet both business needs and employee availability
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required

Perks:
This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1600$ per month. We offer accommodation for foreign employees. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
