Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Utena. The ideal candidate should have experience in web design and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills. This position offers a salary of 1300$, with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities. Experience is required, and accommodation will not be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Create website layout/user interface using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Design graphic elements such as logos, icons, and images
- Conceptualize original website designs that reflect our clients' brand identity
- Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide revisions as needed
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the website is functional and user-friendly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other coding languages is a plus
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret clients' needs and translate them into creative designs
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients
