Office Assistant for Contract Position in Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Receive and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Take meeting minutes when required
- Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1600$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania. Candidates must already reside in Siauliai or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Nationality/Visa Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have the right to work in Lithuania without sponsorship.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Accommodation:
This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation in Siauliai.
Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
