Industrial Painter - Zagreb, Croatia


We are in search of a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Zagreb, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial equipment and structures to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix paints and apply them evenly using spray guns or brushes
- Follow specifications to ensure proper color matching and finish
- Maintain paint equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns with management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Experience with different types of paints, primers, and surface preparation techniques
- Understanding of color matching and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces if needed
