Crane Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy objects on construction sites or in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect cranes before and after each use and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate crane usage
- Maneuver cranes into position using hand signals or radio communication
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed
- Keep accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating different types of cranes
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to read and interpret load charts
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and withstand long periods of sitting or standing
- Attention to detail and ability to work safely under pressure
