Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for various projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within project timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Develop design concepts that align with client goals and budgets
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess building conditions, and take measurements
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with other team members including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Filipino language is a plus)
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
