Junior JAVA Developer - Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior JAVA Developer to join our team in Braga. As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing new software applications. Working closely with senior developers, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is a contract position with potential for long-term growth within our company. We welcome both freshers and experienced developers who are passionate about JAVA programming and eager to take on new challenges. Own visa candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software applications using JAVA programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers
- Troubleshoot issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and continuously improve your skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of JAVA programming language and object-oriented design principles
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with database design and SQL queries is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
