Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu development, and inventory management
- Create and execute menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu development, and inventory management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for evening shifts on weekdays and weekends
Salary: $1200 per month (part-time)
