Computer Support Technician
Location: Izhevsk, Russia



As a Computer Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of computer hardware and software. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues with computer systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users of computer hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, including hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating software, performing backups, and installing security patches.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Train end-users on how to use computer systems effectively.
- Develop documentation for troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS.
- Experience in networking protocols (TCP/IP) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Additionally, performance-based bonuses may be granted.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates should have their own housing arrangements in Izhevsk.
