IT Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Akron. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our company and ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly. You will be managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or changes
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and adhered to
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for future improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, hardware, software, and database management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200/month

Location: Akron (candidates from Egypt preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
