Responsibilities:

- Manage and provide technical support to our team of IT professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for improving our company's technology infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in information technology.
- Identify areas for cost savings and optimization within the IT department.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure their technology needs are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and software development.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
