Online Consultant (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Eschen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms such as chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions to meet the clients' needs
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective problem-solving for client issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients
- Handle any escalations or complaints from clients with empathy and patience

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset but not required

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
