Temporary Restaurant Manager (Visa Sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and manage staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service to customers
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules and manage labor costs to maintain profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials that meet customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship available

Salary:
This is a temporary position with a salary of $1200 per month. Based on performance, there is potential for permanent employment with increased salary.
