Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Multan. This position offers a salary of 1300$ and includes free visa and ticket. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing a restaurant and must be able to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
