Moderator for Online Community (Filipino Speakers) in St. Petersburg, Russia


Our growing online community is in need of a Moderator who can assist us in maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our Filipino members. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing member concerns. This is a part-time position that does not require any previous experience or English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and ensure they are in line with community guidelines
- Engage with members by responding to comments and addressing concerns
- Moderate content to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with other moderators to come up with new ideas to improve the community
- Keep track of member activity and report any issues to the team

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Filipino (Tagalog)
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Passion for creating and maintaining an online community
