Architectural Technologist


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of building projects in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Your role will involve working with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and drawings, as well as conducting site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed architectural drawings
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Review project proposals and provide technical input
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attend meetings with clients or other professionals involved in a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia. However, candidates from Canada or other countries are welcome to apply.
