Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information assets. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential security risks and implement appropriate measures to protect our systems and data. Your duties will include conducting vulnerability assessments, monitoring network traffic for any suspicious activity, and responding to security incidents in a timely manner. You must have a strong understanding of information security principles and technologies, as well as experience with risk management and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Siauliai, with a salary of 900$ per month. Fluency in English is required for this role.

As an Information Security Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks
- Monitoring network traffic for any suspicious activity or unauthorized access attempts
- Implementing appropriate security controls to protect our systems and data
- Responding to security incidents in a timely manner and performing thorough investigations
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats and trends
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all systems and processes
- Developing and maintaining information security policies, procedures, and standards
- Conducting training sessions for employees on information security best practices
- Participating in risk management activities and ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Providing recommendations for improving overall information security posture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an information security role
- Strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices
- Experience with conducting vulnerability assessments and responding to security incidents
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Biometric passport required for travel to other company locations
