Entry Level Baker


We are seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. This is an excellent opportunity for a Malayalee individual who is looking to start their career in the baking industry. No English language skills are required for this position, making it ideal for those who may be new to the country. We welcome candidates without any prior experience and offer on-the-job training to ensure success in this role.

As an Entry Level Baker, you will assist with the preparation and production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with our experienced bakers to learn techniques and recipes, helping you develop your skills and knowledge in the kitchen. This position also includes accommodation and visa sponsorship, making it easier for you to settle into your new job and country.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with mixing ingredients and preparing doughs
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Assist with decorating finished products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations
