Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks. You will handle a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with other departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and presentable
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary: $1100 per month
