Data Analytics Specialist - Izhevsk, Philippines

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and transforming them into valuable insights for our company. You will work closely with various teams to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that will drive business decisions and strategies. This is a contract position based in Izhevsk with no required English proficiency and does not include accommodation. We will provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate. Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large amounts of data from various sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to generate insights
- Develop visualizations and reports to present findings to relevant teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
- Develop predictive models using statistical tools to forecast future trends
- Continuously monitor data integrity and quality to ensure accuracy of results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong understanding of statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, etc.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in a simplified manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
