Office Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. This position requires experience in office management, as well as proficiency in English. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is an urgent role and Canadian candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee office operations including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and budgeting
- Provide support to team members as needed
- Communicate with clients and partners in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or administration
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English is required; other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with financial tasks such as invoicing and budgeting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
