Sales Manager

We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry is preferred but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
