Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex algorithms and models that power our machine learning systems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other team members to build cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Implement solutions that improve the performance of existing machine learning systems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in developing machine learning models using Python or R
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk but we welcome candidates from all over India who are willing to relocate.
