Architectural Technologist - Vilnius, Egypt

We are a leading architectural firm in Vilnius, seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting architects and designers in the technical aspects of projects. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in construction drawings and detailing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop project plans and designs
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Create detailed construction drawings using CAD software
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Review project plans for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail

This is a full-time position based in Vilnius, Egypt. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Please note that this job does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
