Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant in Vilnius seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing information about the menu. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position is open to all nationalities with own visa. Salary will be 1100$ per month. Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas
- Process payments through cash or credit cards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for order accuracy and customer requests
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Own valid visa (for non-EU candidates)
