Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of loaders efficiently. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the loading process is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Train and manage a team of loaders, ensuring they follow proper safety procedures
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
- Inspect loaded goods to ensure they are secure for transportation
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods
- Troubleshoot any issues with loading equipment or processes
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a supervisory role in a warehouse setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including loading procedures and equipment operation
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions if necessary

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait

Nationality Preference: Egyptian or Kenyan applicants preferred

Language Requirement: Basic English proficiency required
