Barista for English Speaking Seasonal Job in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team for a seasonal job in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You should have the ability to communicate effectively in English, as this job is specifically for foreigners looking for English speaking jobs. Accommodation will not be provided, so it is preferred that you have your own housing arrangement in Vilnius.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Upsell additional items such as pastries or snacks
- Maintain knowledge of all products offered and make recommendations to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)
