IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining hardware and software for optimal performance. You should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with clients of various technical backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals and software according to client needs

- Educate clients on basic computer usage and best practices for data security

Requirements:
