Office Manager for Indian Company in Siauliai
We are a well-established Indian company looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional image of the company
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage budget and expenses related to office operations
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Train and supervise administrative staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications and excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Indian culture is preferred but not required
- Biometric passport is required
- Must be able to work without accommodation
Salary: $900 per month
