Experienced Mason for Construction Company in Atlanta

We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our construction team in Atlanta. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using various materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or artificial stones. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in masonry work and be able to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week. Candidates must have their own visa and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks, stones, or other materials to construct walls, chimneys, and other structures according to building plans
- Cut or shape bricks, concrete blocks, or stones using hand tools or power tools
- Mix cement, mortar or grout using specified proportions
- Repair damaged structures by replacing broken or missing bricks or stones
- Use levels and plumb lines to ensure accurate placement of bricks or stones
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Knowledge of different types of masonry materials and their properties
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
