Entry-Level Barista

We are hiring for an entry-level Barista to join our dynamic team in Alta! As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position with no prior experience required, making it perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to break into the coffee industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, following recipes and quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized cash register
- Keep the café area clean and presentable at all times
- Ensure all food and beverage products are stocked and displayed properly
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
