Part-Time English Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time English teacher to join our team at a language school in Fonvieille. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. This role is suitable for men who have a passion for teaching and are looking to gain experience in the field.
Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport
- Previous teaching experience is required
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans
- A patient and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of individual students
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure academic growth
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns or updates
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field (or equivalent)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of educational technology tools such as online platforms, interactive whiteboards, etc.
- Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is an asset
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
