Sales Manager for International Company in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage a team of sales representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Set sales targets for the team and track progress towards goals
- Prepare regular sales reports to present to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in a multinational company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
